By accessing this website and/or purchasing products or coaching services from The Everyday Athlete LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Coaching Disclaimer
The content and programs provided by Everyday Athlete HQ are for general fitness education and informational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any exercise program. Participation in any program is at your own risk.
2. Subscription Policy (1:1 Coaching)
For 1:1 coaching services, billing is handled on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise specified during sign-up.
Your Subscription Includes:
• Personalized training plans
• Ongoing coaching support
• Program delivery via coaching app (e.g., Trainerize or TrueCoach)
Billing Terms:
• You will be billed automatically on the same day each month (based on your original sign-up date).
• Payments are processed through our secure third-party provider (e.g., Stripe or Squarespace Commerce).
Cancellations:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@everydayathletehq.com.
Refunds:
• Due to the time and personalization involved in coaching, refunds are not issued for partially used months.
• Once a billing cycle begins, the full month is considered active and payable.
3. Digital Product Sales
All sales for digital programs, downloadable materials (PDF, Excel files), and one-time training plans are final.
Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads unless the file is non-functional or corrupted.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including programs, PDF files, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Everyday Athlete HQ and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any materials without written permission.
5. User Conduct
By using this website or purchasing from Everyday Athlete HQ, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Misuse or misrepresent your identity during the purchase or communication process
6. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, product, or content at any time without notice.
We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Everyday Athlete HQ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of any content, programs, or services provided through this website.
